The answer is simple….you get busted!!

The IP Casino Resort Spa located on the Back Bay of Biloxi, Mississippi had such a customer lately; a 69-year-old Gautier man has been accused of trying to play blackjack games at the casino with fake $100 bills. Maybe he thought he would not get caught.

Robert Louis Anderson was arrested by the Biloxi police on Saturday 11th April once they received a complaint from the Casino Resort on Bayview Avenue. It’s situated not far from the Biloxi Lighthouse.

Police investigators state that the old man tried to use five counterfeit bills of $100 for a $500 bet at a blackjack table. There was no question of him not being aware that he was dealing with fake notes!

At the Harrison County jail, Mr. Anderson remained in custody. He was held under a $50,000 bond decided by Justice Court Judge Bruce Strong. He is charged with trying to make use of a counterfeit instrument.

Such cases have occurred in other casinos as well; customers should keep in mind that casinos deal with a millions of notes and these are checked with detectors as soon as they are handed over at the counters.

Fake bank notes with different serial numbers have been circulating around various cities. Very often these notes are almost exact replicas and hard to detect. Many are not even being identified by banks. If you happen to come across such notes, take them to the bank and get them checked rather than trying to use them. You would definitely not want to land in a soup like Robert Louis Anderson did.
